On the afternoon of March 27, 2025, Global Technology and Telecommunications Corporation (GTEL) solemnly held a ceremony to announce decisions on personnel organization, including the restructuring and appointment of several key officers across the Corporation’s Departments, Centers, and member companies. Among the appointments, Comrade Pham Duc Vien, currently Director of the Technical Operations Division, was appointed as Deputy Director of GTSC.

The ceremony was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Dien Van Kien – Chairman cum General Director, Senior Colonel Dang Ngoc Tin – Deputy General Director, Lieutenant Colonel Le Canh Duy – Deputy General Director, along with leaders from various units within the Corporation and representatives of employees from departments, centers, and member companies.

In his remarks at the ceremony, the Chairman cum General Director extended his congratulations to the attendees and emphasized the significance of the Corporation’s decisions, marking a new milestone in GTEL’s development and innovation journey.

With many years of experience in the engineering field, Comrade Pham Duc Vien has made significant contributions to the development of GTSC in particular and GTEL Corporation in general. The company believes that in his new position, he will continue to leverage his expertise and capabilities, working with the GTSC team to achieve even greater success.

At the ceremony, representatives of the comrades receiving the Decisions expressed their gratitude for the trust placed in them by the Corporation’s leadership. They also pledged to continue making every effort, committing to accomplishing the assigned tasks and fully absorbing the guidance and directives from the Corporation’s Board of Management.
