On October 27, 2025, the Global Technology and Telecommunications Corporation (GTEL) was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Justice in recognition of its outstanding achievements during the development of the National Legal Portal.

Representing GTEL, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Tuan Minh — Chairman of the Board of Directors of GTSC — accepted the commendation on behalf of the corporation.
